Trade Cash SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to messages sent to and from Shubham Goyal DBA Pebles Studio.

1. We send SMS messages related to invoice collection on behalf of businesses that use TradeCash. These include polite payment reminders for overdue invoices (typically a friendly notice around day 7, a firmer reminder around day 14, and a final notice around day 30), each of which may include a pay-now link, invoice number, amount due, and the sending business's name. We may also send operational texts such as confirmation that you have opted out after you text STOP, a reply when you text HELP, and messages to restart the service after you text START.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, send the SMS message "START" and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at shubham2892@gmail.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
